The Guerra Fisher Institute is proud of both the depth and breadth of its Nursing Staff. The Staff, led by Cindy Milon, RN, is the heart and soul of our clinic. The Guerra Fisher Institute is proud of both the depth and breadth of its Nursing Staff's expertise. The Staff is comprised of seasoned Registered Nurses (RNs) with sub-specialty training and experience in Electroconvulsive Therapy (ECT). Many started with a background in ICU or Cardiac Care, as well as Behavioral Health. The average length of experience of our ECT RNs is over a decade. Beyond experience, though, the Nursing Staff is endowed with an authentic compassion and understanding of the unique concerns of patients undergoing ECT. The exceptional quality of our RNs is a sine qua non of our mission to provide outstanding mental health care.
